Teens & Tweens

Whether you want them to calm down or burn off some energy, our classes will make them smile and teach them great life skills in a small group environment.  

 

We use a combination of movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation to fit the needs of your particular child or children. We keep these groups small to enable the young people to feel free to relax without the pressure to fit in with their peers.

 

In some cases, moms and daughters have come to class together and made it their special time away from the rest of the family. We have kids of our own (varying from tweens to 23) so we know how tricky this life stage can be for a family.
