Prenatal yoga classes are for all you moms- to- be out there. These classes will help you connect with your baby and your body, preparing you for childbirth and beyond.
Each week we will explore poses which can help with the special demands pregnancy puts on your body while helping you connect with your breath and learn to support your body through discomfort and labor.
There will be no more than 2 moms- to- be in this class at my home studio but if I come to you, we can look at the available space and work to accommodate a small group of friends. These classes are kept to one hour.
