Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes are for all you moms- to- be out there. These classes will help you connect with your baby and your body, preparing you for childbirth and beyond. Each week we will explore poses which can help with the special demands pregnancy puts on your body while helping you connect with your breath and learn to support your body through discomfort and labor. ​

Postnatal sessions are designed to help new moms reconnect with their bodies and build stability and strength. We will chat about your birth experience and fitness goals and plan a class which meets your needs.
