Inspiration: Stress vs Burnout

On a work call last week, I was interested to notice the different responses of my various colleagues to a tricky situation. Afterwards, I was looking up the signs of stress and found this table comparing the symptoms of stress and burnout.


It's important that you look out for the signs of stress and burnout in those around you. Yoga is one of the ways you can prevent and ease these symptoms.
